1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pph44," "we," "us," "our" refers to the pph44 platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the pph44 website accessible at pph44.com, including all games, betting products, and account management features.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the pph44 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by pph44 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pph44 Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and references to "you" shall include that person.

pph44 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the pph44 Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law. pph44 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

pph44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The pph44 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pph44 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3.3 Account Registration

To use the full features of pph44, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the pph44 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.4 Account Verification

pph44 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. You agree to provide any documents requested, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pph44 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

pph44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You acknowledge that pph44 is entitled to assume that any person logging into your account using your credentials is you or a person authorized by you to do so.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. pph44 reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably suspects is being used by a person other than the registered account holder.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your pph44 account are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pph44 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation of the transaction. pph44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. pph44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and approved. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

pph44 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements. pph44 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pph44 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pph44 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. pph44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or the use of automated software — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pph44 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

pph44 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. pph44 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the Player, including bets placed on the wrong selection, at the wrong stake, or on the wrong event.

8 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the pph44 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or other activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or event;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other financial crime.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pph44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of pph44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pph44.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pph44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

pph44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pph44 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pph44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11 Responsible Gaming

pph44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings.

If you believe that your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek assistance from qualified support organizations. pph44 supports responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

12 Termination

pph44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete required verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting pph44 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments

pph44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pph44 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact pph44 in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pph44 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
